This immersion into the FOUNDATIONS is an invitation to journey inward - at your own pace.

Through ritual, movement, reflection, and consistent practice, we explore how embodiment becomes the foundation for magnetism, manifestation, and aligned action in everyday life.

HOW THIS IMMERSION WORKS

This course has been designed to support both structure and freedom.

You can experience it in two ways:

✧ A Guided Immersion

Move through the course as a 4-week or 4-month journey, spending time with each theme and allowing it to integrate fully.

If you choose the 4-week immersion, expect to spend approximately 2-3 hours with each theme, including movement, reflection, and integration.

✧ A Self-Paced Journey

You may also complete the entire course self-paced - returning to practices whenever you need.

Many people choose to spend two weeks or a full month with each theme, allowing the course to unfold over a longer period of time. But for me, I LOVE and intensive... so...

There is no “right” way.
Take your time.

Move & Manifest FOUNDATIONS weaves together my signature method's, movement alchemy, imagination activation, and themed reflection, alongside carefully chosen guest facilitator, Emily Seaton ~ for a deeper layer of embodiment.

My intention is that you realise how movement can be the vehicle to hearing your own inner guidance, & to support you in trusting yourself beyond it.
